Systems Analyst

AINS is looking for a highly motivated System  Analyst to join our eCase Team.  The qualified candidate will be a product specialist in support of implementation activities for our eCase Platform.  Primary duties include working closely with the Project Team and the client to perform requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral & written
  • Assist with system implementation activities, including but not limited to:
    • analyzing the customer’s business processes and providing best practices recommendations
    • identifying customer’s functional requirements and system issues (bugs and/or enhancements)
    • configuring the solution, per the customer’s needs
    • participating in meetings and activities both at client sites & via teleconferences/online
    • generating project documentation
    • providing system training and/or on-site support, as needed
    • assisting with helpdesk and quality assurance related tasks, as needed
    • serving as a customer liaison, including working with corporate sales/support/development/quality teams
  • Provide eCase support:
    • conduct business process reviews and lead requirements elicitation sessions to align with solution capabilities
    • develop forms to capture data elements, workflow design for tasks assignments, and reports for system metrics
    • apply business logic into user interface configuration and demonstrate application platform features & functions
  • Interact with management figures, end-users, and technical staff in a professional manner as well as work independently
  • Provide product pre-sales and post-sales support for the account management team
  • Hands on  experience implementing projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task, work in stressful situations, and effectively accomplish tasks/goals
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft InfoPath and/or other web-enabled forms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2013/2010 (Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint familiarity
  • Experience with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products as a vendor/contractor with the US Federal Government
Optional Knowledge:
  • Experience with Case Management solutions/processes
  • Experience with Microsoft InfoPath, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Cisco WebEx, and SalesForce
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
