This position is for a dedicated Communication Expert to support the Change Management and Communications for an enterprise migration from Windows 2007 to Windows 2010.
 
Task Description:
 
The Communications Analyst/Designer will contribute to the strategy and execution of a seamless, user-focused transition from Windows 2007 to Windows 2010. This deployment will impact 10,000+ users in 81 global sites (80 OCONUS + DC-Area), requiring a consistent, repeatable approach, with an engaging and polished “look and feel” to all communications and trainings.
 
The Analyst/Designer will work very closely with both the Organization Change Management (OCM) and Communications Lead and the Lead Trainer to contribute to, and own parts of the development of, the following items (non-inclusive):
  • A Detailed Communication Plan
  • Detailed Messaging
  • A Google Site
  • A Envisioning Workshop
  • Virtual, Recorded, and In-Person Training
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Creating and Analyzing Feedback Mechanisms
  • Dashboards (Using ServiceNow or Google Sheets or other platform)
This is a high-visibility client interfacing position supporting rollout of Windows 10 enterprise wide. Work will be performed out of the client’s facilities in Arlington, VA and Washington DC. Work involves interaction with 80+ OCONUS missions, 30+ CONUS organizations, and very high-level stakeholders. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be innovative, resilient, and strategic with excellent teamwork, written and oral communication skills, and formal documentation skills.
