The Marketing Writer is a critical member of the Marketing team with overall responsibility for creating and driving the content for white papers, brochures, social media channels, website, and company blog.
This position will contribute to a world-class organization by supporting all aspects of marketing and communications for all written marketing material.  The primary focus of this position will be a support role in the development and implementation of marketing content, with a focus on written marketing content.  Success will be measured by the ability to produce effective and polished written marketing materials. 
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of marketing content including brochures, white papers, and social media.
  • Create traditional and multimedia content, such as blog posts, web announcements, copy for email offers and web/landing pages, newsletters, and other marketing content.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks and functions as required. This may include event preparation for tradeshows and conferences, collateral creation, and procuring marketing materials.
  • Work with Marketing team members to monitor marketing campaign success.
  • Assist with the management of the online advertising strategy including but not limited to social media, PPC, display ads, re-marketing ads, and content amplification to drive inbound leads.
  • Monitor and manage social media properties to align with brand; propose and execute new organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Apply superior writing skills to develop white papers, web content, and other written materials.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Marketo,, internal databases, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned/necessary.
  • BS/BA degree in English or other writing discipline preferred.  Recent or pending graduates will be considered.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, but a preference for tactical execution;
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools including Facebook Twitter, LinkedIn, and HootSuite.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and follow through. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines.
  • A team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the company.
